Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the party. In such a case, please contact Fever indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Your tickets allow arrival into the space until 2:30am.
Parking is available at private garages around the venue.

Yes. The venue is ADA compliant with a street level entrance with no steps, elevator banks down the mezzanine level, ramp to enter on, and special seating on the mezzanine level.
The experience is accessible for deaf people, there are various visual elements to the performance that require no auditory context.
We are able to seat them pending availability in the VIP area.
The party starts at 9pm and ends at 3am.
The party will be held inside.

No, all areas of the Gatsby Mansion are open to the public.
If the ticket was bought through Fever then you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever App, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the space. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted in the space.
Cameras can be used at all times during the performance, without flash. House Management reserves the right to ask any patrons to stop filming or taking photos.
